Bringing Passion into the Classroom
I have had several experiences where I have witnessed the alteration of some caring passionate student into careless people. I always wondered what roles we, educators, with the parents to prepare our students to
become innovators and release their best potentials.
We have to believe in them, and stop teaching them to get good grades. I always told my students that their knowledge is not merely determined and measured by their grades. I want them to learn that what matters is to discover themselves which later will lead them to find and pursue a passion. This is what I call a purpose of life.
I wish to keep on encouraging my students to explore more of the world as well as to take risks and learn from their mistakes. There is so much in the world that is worthy to see and learn.
